Deployment
Hi All,
So I wanted to share a quick update about Mark's deployment.. Tears are beginnging to fall as I prepare for this looong awaited deployment.. Please keep me in your prayers as Mark prepares to leave next week to sail the West Pac. The hardest part is saying goodbye! I still think I'm in denial that "D" day is coming so soon! Love you all, thanks for being there through this hard time!

September 09 Update
Hi All,
It's been a little while since my first post, and I haven't really had a whole lot change... Except, started another class, we bought a house, and have one last week with Mark until he leaves.. ok.. so I have had a lot of life changes! In the time from the first blog, I bought my dress.. Yes, I bought it.. You know I'm the planner of the couple! So, I won't go into details.. but just wait! Mark is going to love it. I haven't had much time in my hectic schedule to really plan much else. Except, We asked Becky, Daniel, Willy (Mark's oldest bro) and John (Marks' youngest bro) to be in our wedding.. I still have others to ask, but been waiting for the right time! This weekend we will go pick out tuxs so that will be done when Mark leaves.. I'll put the tux information up so everyone can access it. I will update more as more comes available. Once we get moved, things will settle down and we can start planning, saving, and spending!! Love you All~Em

Save the Date : July 3, 2010
So, I'm giving this whole blog thing a go and figured what a better topic to blog about than our upcoming wedding. We are hoping to have interaction as our friends and family are scattered throughout the US and around the globe!! We want everyone to be a part of this very special day, even if you aren't in San Diego.
So for the details, Mark and I have been together since April 23, 2005. Those who know us best, know the details on the instant connection (wink wink gotta love technology) . On May 31, 2009, Mark proposed in a really romantic helicopter ride over San Diego! I hope to be able to share in the wedding details, the deployment details, and life's moments as a way to stay in touch with friends and family throughout this exciting time..
So, the wedding is planned for July 3, 2010 at the Mustin Beach Officer's Club in Pensacola, FL on NAS Pensacola. Look for further posts as we continue in the planning process and prepare for deployment.
